Carlos Sala Molera (born on March 20, 1960, in Barcelona, Catalonia) is a famous Spanish athlete. People often called him "Charli." He was a sprint hurdler, which means he was a runner who jumped over barriers called hurdles.
Carlos Sala was an amazing athlete who represented Spain in five Summer Olympics in a row! He competed in the Olympics from 1980 all the way to 1996. His best performance at the Olympic Games was in 1984, where he finished in 7th place.
