Carolina Creek is a small stream located in Union County, North Carolina. It is about 4.74 miles (7.63 kilometers) long. This creek is a "first order" tributary. This means it is one of the smallest streams that flows into a larger one. Carolina Creek eventually flows into Lanes Creek.
Where Does Carolina Creek Start and End?
Carolina Creek begins in a pond. This pond is located about half a mile east of Mt. Pisgah Church. It is also very close to the South Carolina state line.
From its start, Carolina Creek flows generally north. It travels for almost 5 miles. The creek then joins Lanes Creek. This meeting point is about 5 miles south of a place called Allens Crossroads, North Carolina.
