Carson Huey-You was born in August 2002. He is an amazing student who achieved many things at a very young age. He is known for being the youngest person to graduate from college in Texas. He is also one of the youngest college graduates in the whole world!
Carson earned his first degree, a bachelor's degree in physics, when he was just 14 years old. He also studied Mandarin Chinese and mathematics. He graduated from Texas Christian University on May 13, 2017. Later, he earned his master's degree at age 17 in 2019. He then received his doctorate degree at age 21 on May 13, 2024.

Early Life and Amazing Talent
Carson Huey-You was born in the summer of 2002. His parents are Claretta Kimp and Andre Huey-You. His father was a pilot. Carson's parents divorced when he was very young.
Carson showed how smart he was from a very early age. He was reading chapter books when he was only two years old! By age three, he wanted to learn calculus, which is a very advanced type of math. His mother, Claretta Kimp, realized how special he was. She said she gave him a calculus book, and he could solve some of the first problems.
Carson's mother studied education and business. She taught him at home until he was five years old. Carson and his younger brother, Cannan, both went to and graduated from the Accommodated Learning Academy in Grapevine, Texas.
School and College Journey
Carson took the SAT college entrance test and scored 1770 points. He finished high school when he was only 10 years old. He was even the co-valedictorian, which means he was one of the top students in his class. He had a perfect 4.0 GPA.
When Carson was studying for his bachelor's degree, he traveled between his home and the university. His mother often went with him. In late 2019, when he was 17, Carson Huey-You earned his master's degree in physics.

Carson and his brother Cannan have been featured in the magazine Parade. They met with Bill Nye, a famous science educator. They talked about how physics relates to a solar eclipse.
Carson's brother, Cannan, was also on a TV show called MythBusters Jr. in 2019. Carson helped out as an advisor in two episodes of the show.
Fun Outside of School
Even though Carson is incredibly smart, he also enjoys many fun activities. He likes playing the piano and the video game Minecraft. He also enjoys playing chess and swimming.
Carson and his brother Cannan both love the Marvel movies and The Lord of the Rings films. They have a dog named Klaus. The dog is named after Klaus von Klitzing, a German physicist who won a Nobel Prize. Carson has said that The Westing Game is one of his favorite books. He also really likes to eat pot pie!
As of fall 2018, Carson's younger brother, Cannan Huey-You, was 12 years old. He was also a sophomore at Texas Christian University. Cannan is studying astrophysics and engineering. He hopes to become an astronaut one day.
