The Cascada de Gujuli is a stunning waterfall in Spain. It is also known as Goiuriko ur-jauzia in the Basque language. This amazing waterfall drops over 100 meters (about 328 feet) from top to bottom! It is found near the small village of Gujuli. This area is part of the Urkabustaiz municipality, in the Álava province of Spain.

Where is the Gujuli Waterfall?

The Cascada de Gujuli is located in a beautiful natural area. It is part of the Gorbea Natural Park. The waterfall gets its water from the Arroyo Oiardo stream. You can find it about 30 kilometers (about 18 miles) northwest of Vitoria-Gasteiz. This is the capital city of the Álava province. The waterfall is right on the road between the towns of Orduña and Murgia.

What is Special About Its Flow?

The amount of water flowing over the Cascada de Gujuli changes a lot. During the summer months, the waterfall's flow almost stops completely. This means it might look very different depending on when you visit. It is most impressive after heavy rains or during spring when snow melts.
