Cash: A Historic Spot
- Cash is a historic place in the southern part of the township. It was named after Edward Cash. He was the first white settler in the area, arriving in 1851.
- The very first meeting to set up Watertown Township happened at his home in 1868.
- A sawmill was built here in 1882 by David Fowles.
- Cash even had its own post office from June 1883 until February 1905.
