Casville is a small place in Caswell County, North Carolina, in the United States. It's known as an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes and businesses that isn't officially a town or city with its own local government.
Casville is located where two roads meet: U.S. Route 158 and Ashland Road/Park Springs Road. This meeting point is often called a crossroads.
