Cayuga Springs is a small community in Delaware County, Oklahoma, United States. It's known as a census-designated place (CDP), which means it's an area that the government counts for population statistics, even though it's not officially a city or town. In 2020, about 160 people lived here. This was a small increase from 2010, when 140 people lived in Cayuga Springs.
This community was first set up near the Elk River. This area used to be part of the old Seneca Reserve in what was called Indian Territory. Cayuga Springs even had its own Post Office for a while, from 1884 until 1905.
Where is Cayuga Springs?
Cayuga Springs is located in the northeastern part of Delaware County. Its eastern side is right next to the border of the state of Missouri. It is about 7 miles (11 km) northeast of Grove, which is the biggest city in Delaware County.
The United States Census Bureau says that Cayuga Springs covers a total area of about 7.1 square miles (18.3 square kilometers). All of this area is land.

In the year 2000, there were 105 people living in Cayuga Springs. These people lived in 40 different homes, and 30 of these were families. The community had about 14.6 people per square mile (5.6 people per square kilometer).
Most of the people in Cayuga Springs were White (about 70%). About 7% were Native American, and nearly 23% were from two or more different racial backgrounds. A small number, about 2%, were of Hispanic or Latino heritage.
