Cella is a small place in Fresno County, California. It's known as an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes or buildings that isn't officially a town or city with its own local government. Instead, it's managed by the county government.
Cella is located about 3.5 miles (5.6 km) southeast of a place called Centerville. It sits at an elevation of 367 feet (112 meters) above sea level. A long time ago, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad passed through Cella. Railroads were very important for travel and moving goods across the country.
