Central City is a small city located in Sebastian County, Arkansas, in the United States. It's part of the larger Fort Smith, Arkansas area, which includes parts of Oklahoma. In 2010, about 502 people lived there. By 2018, the population was estimated to be around 497. The most recent count in 2020 showed 461 residents.
