Central City Shopping Centre is a large shopping mall and office tower located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. It was once called Surrey Place Mall. This building is a busy spot for shopping and also hosts a part of Simon Fraser University.
Central City is the second biggest mall in Surrey. Only Guildford Town Centre is larger. In 2007, a company called Blackwood Partners Management Corporation bought the building.

For example, it was shown at the start of the movie Fantastic Four. It also played the part of LuthorCorp headquarters in the third season of the TV show Smallville. Other movies that featured Central City include Firewall, Alone in the Dark, I, Robot, Catwoman, and the TV series Painkiller Jane.
