Charles Jamaal Blake is an American politician who was a member of the Democratic Party. He represented the 36th district in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 2015 to 2019. This district covers parts of Little Rock and is entirely within Pulaski County. Mr. Blake left his position in 2019 to work for the mayor of Little Rock. After he left, Denise Jones Ennett was elected to take his place in a special election.
