Tiffany Lane, born on August 16, 1974, is a well-known American rapper and TV star. She is famous by her stage name, Charli Baltimore. Her stage name comes from a character in the movie The Long Kiss Goodnight.

Charli Baltimore's Music Journey
Charli Baltimore started her music journey in 1995. She met a famous rapper, the Notorious B.I.G.. He heard her rap and encouraged her to become a rapper too.
After B.I.G.'s passing, Charli kept working in music. She did modeling and made many hip-hop and R&B songs. Her song "Stand Up" became a top ten hit on the Billboard Magazine rap charts. Even with this success, her first album, Cold as Ice, was not released.
Joining Murder Inc. Records
In 2001, Charli signed with Irv Gotti's Murder Inc. Records. She worked with other artists like Ja Rule and Ashanti. Her song "Down 4 U" was a big hit. It reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
In 2003, Charli Baltimore was nominated for a Grammy Award. This was for her song "Diary" in the Best Female Rap Solo Performance category. She left Murder Inc. Records in 2004.
Television Appearances
In 2019, Charli joined the cast of a TV show. It was called Growing Up Hip Hop on WeTV. She appeared on the show with her daughter, Sianni.
