Charlotte Bradley was born in Artane, Dublin, which is in Ireland. She went to University College Dublin to study. After her studies, she started her acting career on stage.
Later, she moved to Newfoundland, Canada, with her husband and young daughter. Her daughter, Ruth Bradley, also became an actress. While living in Canada during the 1980s, Charlotte also became a singer.
In the 1990s, Charlotte Bradley returned to Ireland. This is when she began acting in films and on television.
