Charlotte Lee, Lady Baltimore (born March 23, 1678 – died February 1, 1721) was an English noblewoman. She was the granddaughter of King Charles II of England. Her grandmother was Barbara Villiers, a famous lady of the court.
Charlotte Lee married Benedict Leonard Calvert, 4th Baron Baltimore in 1699. They later separated in 1705. She then married Christopher Crowe. Charlotte was the mother of Charles Calvert, 5th Baron Baltimore. Her son, Benedict Leonard Calvert, also became the Governor of Maryland.

Growing Up: Charlotte Lee's Early Life
Lady Charlotte Lee was born on March 13, 1678. Her birthplace was St. James's Park in London, England. She was the oldest of many children in her family.
Her parents were Edward Henry Lee, 1st Earl of Lichfield and Lady Charlotte Fitzroy. Lady Charlotte Fitzroy was the daughter of King Charles II. Her mother was only 13 years old when Charlotte was born. Her father was 15 years old at the time.
First Marriage: Lady Baltimore and Lord Calvert
On January 2, 1699, Charlotte Lee married her first husband. He was Benedict Leonard Calvert, 4th Baron Baltimore. She was 20 years old at the time.
When her husband's father died in 1715, Benedict became the 4th Baron Baltimore. Charlotte then became known as Lady Baltimore. The Calvert family had once governed the Province of Maryland. This right was later given back to Charlotte and Benedict's son, Charles.
Charlotte and Lord Baltimore had six children together:
- Charles Calvert, 5th Baron Baltimore (born 1699). He became the 18th Proprietor Governor of Maryland. He had three children.
- Hon. Benedict Leonard Calvert (born 1700). He served as Governor of Maryland. He passed away in 1732 while sailing back to England.
- Hon. Edward Henry Calvert (born around 1700). He held important roles in the government of Maryland.
- Hon. Charlotte Calvert (died 1744). She married Thomas Breerwood and had a son.
- Hon. Jane Calvert (died 1778). She married John Hyde and had three children.
- Hon. Cecil Calvert (born 1702).
Charlotte and Lord Baltimore separated in 1705.
Second Marriage: Charlotte and Christopher Crowe
Lady Baltimore married her second husband, Christopher Crowe. He was a diplomat who worked in Italy. They married sometime before December 10, 1719. Charlotte was three years older than Christopher.
This marriage brought five more children into her life:

- Christopher Crowe (1716–1776)
- Catherine Crowe (1717–1782)
- Charlotte Crowe (1718–1742)
- George Crowe (1719–1782)
Charlotte Lee's Passing
Charlotte Lee passed away on January 22, 1721. She died from rheumatism at Woodford Hall in Essex, England. She was buried on January 29, 1721.
