Chigozie Agbim is a former professional football player from Nigeria. He played as a goalkeeper, which means his job was to stop the other team from scoring goals. He played for several football clubs in Nigeria and also represented his home country, Nigeria, in international matches.
In April 2013, Chigozie Agbim joined a team called Enugu Rangers. He moved there from Warri Wolves F.C. The transfer involved a payment of eight million naira, which is the currency of Nigeria.
Later, in February 2014, he joined Gombe United F.C.. He then returned to play for Enugu Rangers in April 2015.

Playing for His Country
His First International Matches
Chigozie Agbim started playing for the Nigerian national team in January 2012. His very first international game was a friendly match against the Angola national team.
Major Tournaments
He was chosen to be part of Nigeria's team for important football tournaments. These included the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup.
In January 2014, he was the main goalkeeper for the Nigerian team, known as the Super Eagles, at the 2014 African Nations Championship. His team finished in third place in that competition. Later that year, in June, Agbim was also named in Nigeria's squad for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. This is one of the biggest football events in the world.
