Chip and Pepper Foster are identical twin brothers from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. They are famous businessmen and co-owners of a clothing company called Chip & Pepper California. They even hosted their own cartoon show called Chip and Pepper's Cartoon Madness on NBC.

Chip and Pepper's Cartoon Madness

At the height of their fame, the Foster brothers appeared on Canadian TV. They sang a catchy song: "Chip and Pepper: get hip or get out!" This video was seen by Brandon Tartikoff, who was in charge of entertainment at NBC. He decided to give them their own Saturday morning cartoon show.

In the fall of 1991, Chip and Pepper's Cartoon Madness began. This new show on NBC included funny sketches and interviews. However, most of the show's time was filled with old cartoons. These included classics like Casper and Captain Caveman. The show only lasted for one season. NBC stopped showing cartoons altogether in 1992.
