Early Career Highlights

From 2011 to 2013, Chris played for the North Queensland Cowboys' NYC team. This is a competition for younger players. In October 2011, he scored two tries in the NYC Grand Final. His team, the Cowboys, lost to the New Zealand Warriors in that game.

Chris also played for the Queensland under-20s team. He played against the New South Wales under-20s team in April 2012 and again in April 2013. In October 2012, he played for the Junior Kangaroos against the Junior Kiwis. The Junior Kangaroos is a team for promising young Australian players.

In August 2012, Chris was named on the interchange bench for the 2012 NYC Team of the Year. This means he was one of the best players in the competition. In October 2013, he signed a two-year contract with the South Sydney Rabbitohs. He spent the 2014 season playing for the North Sydney Bears, which is a team linked to the Rabbitohs.

Starting in the NRL (2015)

Before the 2015 season, Chris played in several important games for the Rabbitohs. He was part of the team that won the Auckland Nines tournament. He also played in the Charity Shield and the World Club Series.

Chris made his official NRL debut for South Sydney in Round 1 of the 2015 season. This was against the Brisbane Broncos. In Round 4, he scored his first NRL try against the Parramatta Eels.

Time with the Gold Coast Titans (2017)

In March 2017, the Gold Coast Titans announced that they had signed Chris. He joined them for the 2017 and 2018 seasons.

Chris made his debut for the Gold Coast Titans on April 2. He came off the bench in a game against the New Zealand Warriors. He scored his first try for the Titans in Round 7 against the Brisbane Broncos.

Chris was unable to play for the rest of the 2017 season because of a shoulder injury. In August, the Gold Coast Titans released him after he had played only four games for the club.

Later Career (2018-2019)

In March 2018, Chris signed a one-year contract to play for the CYMS Orange team. This is a country rugby league side in Group 10.

In November 2019, Chris was seen training with the South Sydney club again. However, the club stated they were not planning to sign him.
