Christian Anthony Keeling (born June 1, 1998) is an American basketball player. He currently plays for Kataja Basket in the Korisliiga league. Before playing professionally, he played college basketball for the Charleston Southern Buccaneers and the North Carolina Tar Heels.

Christian's College Basketball Journey
Christian Keeling played college basketball for two different teams. He started with the Charleston Southern Buccaneers.
Playing for Charleston Southern
Christian joined the Charleston Southern team as a freshman. This means it was his first year in college. He played in 31 games and started in 28 of them. He was so good that he was named to the Big South All-Freshman Team. He also won the "Big South Freshman of the Week" award seven times!
In his second year, as a sophomore, Christian continued to play very well. He became the fifth player in his league's history to score 1,000 points by his sophomore year. That's a lot of points!
After a great junior year, where he scored 18.7 points per game, Christian decided to transfer. He moved to the North Carolina team as a graduate transfer. This means he had finished his degree and could play for a new team right away.
Time with North Carolina
Christian became a starting guard for the North Carolina Tar Heels in his senior year. In his first two games, he scored nine points. As a senior, he averaged 6.4 points and 2.8 rebounds per game.
Christian's Professional Basketball Career
After college, Christian Keeling began his professional basketball career.
Starting in The Basketball Tournament
Christian joined the PrimeTime Players team in The Basketball Tournament 2020. This is a special tournament where teams compete for a big prize. In his first game, he scored 25 points and had five rebounds. His team lost a close game, 76–74.
Playing for Glasgow Rocks
On December 23, 2020, Christian signed with the Glasgow Rocks. This team plays in the British Basketball League in the United Kingdom. Just four days later, he played his first game with the team. He scored an impressive 26 points in his debut!
Christian's Family Life
Christian Keeling has a supportive family. His mother, Deirdre, worked very hard to support their family. His father, Curtis, is also involved in basketball. He is an assistant coach at Mt. Eden High School. He used to be the head coach there.
