Christina Noble's Early Life

Christina Noble was born in Dublin, Ireland, on December 23, 1944. Her family lived in an area called The Liberties. When she was only ten years old, her mother passed away. After this, Christina was sent to an orphanage. She was wrongly told that her three brothers and sisters had died.

Christina later escaped from the orphanage. She had to live on the streets of Dublin. During this very difficult time, she faced many hardships. She also had a baby son who was adopted by another family. This happened against her wishes.

When Christina turned 18, she found out the truth. The state had lied about her siblings being dead. She managed to find her brother in England. She then moved there to live with him. In England, she met her husband and they had three children together.

Helping Children in Vietnam and Mongolia

After her own children grew up, Christina felt a strong desire to help others. In 1989, she traveled to Vietnam. She was deeply moved by the homeless children she saw there. This feeling was inspired by a dream she had during the Vietnam War.

Her dream showed her a group of children in Vietnam. They were scared and alone. This powerful dream made her want to act. She began to care for these children. This was the start of her incredible journey.

Her efforts quickly grew into something bigger. She created the Christina Noble Children's Foundation. This foundation works to give children a better life. They help with education, healthcare, and safe homes. As of 2025, Christina and her foundation have helped over 700,000 children. They have worked in both Vietnam and Mongolia.
