Christina Pickles (born February 17, 1935) is an actress from Britain and America. She is famous for playing Nurse Helen Rosenthal in the TV show St. Elsewhere (1982–1988). For this role, she was nominated for an Emmy Award five times.
She is also well-known for her role as Judy Geller in the TV show Friends (1994, 1996–2003). She was nominated for another Emmy for this role in 1995. Christina Pickles has also acted in many movies. These include Masters of the Universe (1987) and Romeo + Juliet (1996). In 2018, she won an Emmy Award for her work in the web series Break a Hip.

Christina Pickles was born in Halifax, England. Her father, Arthur Pickles, was a Liberal politician. He was also the Mayor of Halifax. Her mother's name was Gladys Pickles.
