In 1993, Cindy Sargon and her husband, Michael Coade, started a pasta business called Alligator Brand. This company made and sold pasta in large amounts. Their pasta was even served to athletes at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia!
Alligator Brand pasta was also supplied to major airlines like Qantas, Singapore Airlines, and Korean Air. You could also find their pasta in stores such as Costco and David Jones. Cindy and Michael later created another pasta brand called Per Tutti.
Cindy Sargon also used her voice talents as a commercial voice-over artist. This means she records her voice for advertisements and other projects. She also used to review restaurants on a radio show called Breakfast with Ross & John on 3AW, where she was known as "Lazy Susan."
