Clinchamps-sur-Orne was a small area in northwestern France. Its name means "Clinchamps on Orne," referring to the nearby Orne River. It was once a separate commune, which is like a small town or district.
On January 1, 2017, Clinchamps-sur-Orne joined with another commune. It became part of a new, larger commune called Laize-Clinchamps. This area is located in the Calvados department, within the Normandy region of France.
