Cluny is a small community called a hamlet in Alberta, Canada. It is part of Wheatland County. You can find it about 3 kilometers (2 miles) south of Highway 1.
Cluny is located along a Canadian Pacific Kansas City railway line. It is also near Highway 843. The hamlet is about 87 kilometers (54 miles) southeast of Calgary. Its elevation is about 570 meters (1,870 feet) above sea level.
This hamlet is in a region known as Census Division No. 5. It is also part of the federal election area called Crowfoot. The name Cluny comes from a place called the Parish of Cluny in Scotland.
