- The girls' cross-country team also won state championships in 1996, 1998, and 1999.
- The girls' volleyball team won six conference championships in a row from 2009 to 2013. They were undefeated in the Dairyland Conference in 2011, 2012, and 2013.
- The girls' softball team won four conference championships in a row from 2009 to 2012.
- In March 2014, the C-FC Pirates' boys' basketball team made their first state appearance for Division 5 at the Kohl Center in Madison, Wisconsin.
