Cody is a small, quiet place in western Jefferson County, Florida, United States. It's not an official town or city, but rather an unincorporated community. You can find it west of Wacissa, close to where Leon County and Jefferson County meet. Cody is about 33 feet (10 meters) above sea level.

For many years, Cody had its own post office, which operated from 1912 to 1937. It was also connected by the Florida Central Railroad, which helped people and goods travel to and from the area.

Nearby, there are some interesting places to visit and explore the outdoors. These include the Plank Road State Forest, the beautiful St. Marks River State Park, and the historic Natural Bridge Battlefield Historic State Park.
