Collie Buddz is a popular reggae artist from Bermuda. His real name is Colin Patrick Harper, and he was born on August 21, 1984. He is famous for his hit song "Come Around."

The Musical Journey of Collie Buddz
Collie Buddz was born in New Orleans, USA. His mother was from Bermuda, and he grew up there. He later studied how to record and mix music at a university.
In 2007, Collie Buddz worked with famous musician Shaggy on a song called "Mad Mad World."
First Album Success (2007)
Collie Buddz released his first album in 2007. It was called Collie Buddz. This album had his popular songs "Come Around" and "Blind To You." Another big hit from the album was "Mamacita." This song sold about 4 million copies!
When he performs "Blind to You" live, Collie Buddz often invites someone from the audience to sing a part of the song with him. This makes his concerts special and fun for fans.
After his first album, Collie Buddz started his own music company. It is called Harper Digital Entertainment.
Touring and New Music (2008–2015)
In 2008, Collie Buddz's song "S.O.S." was used as the entrance music for wrestler Kofi Kingston in WWE. He also worked on a remix of Kid Cudi's song "Day 'n' Nite" in 2009.
Collie Buddz released his first mini-album, called an EP, in 2012. It was named Playback and had eight songs. Different music producers helped create the songs on this EP.
In 2013, he went on the Good Vibes Tour with other popular bands. These included Rebelution and Matisyahu. Collie Buddz has performed at many big music festivals. Some of these are Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, and the California Roots Music and Arts Festival.
He released his second EP, Blue Dreamz, in 2015. This mini-album featured seven new songs.
New Studio Albums (2017 & 2019)
Collie Buddz released his second full-length album, Good Life, in 2017. It was released through his own company. The album featured other artists like Snoop Dogg and Kat Dahlia. Good Life became the number one reggae album in the US.
His third album, Hybrid, came out in 2019. This album had 10 songs and also topped the US reggae albums chart. It featured special guests like Russ and Tech N9ne.
Cali Roots Riddim Series
Collie Buddz started a special music project called Cali Roots Riddim. A "riddim" in reggae is a musical beat or rhythm that many different artists sing over.
He released Cali Roots Riddim 2020 in May 2020. He produced all 22 songs on this album. It featured many top reggae artists. The album reached number 7 on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart.
He released another riddim album, Cali Roots Riddim 2021, in May 2021. This album had 27 songs and featured more reggae and rock bands.
After a break, he continued the series with Cali Roots Riddim 2023. This album, released in June 2023, has 23 tracks. It includes songs from artists like Anthony B and SOJA.
Upcoming Album (2023)
Collie Buddz announced that his fourth studio album is coming soon. It is called Take It Easy and is set to be released in September 2023.
Other Creative Projects
In 2021, Collie Buddz worked with a company to create a special drink. It was a limited edition bottle of rosé wine called "Love and Rosé."
