The Congress Theatre (which is Theatr Congress in Welsh) is the main theatre in the Torfaen area of Wales. You can find it right in the heart of Cwmbran Centre, in Cwmbran. The front of the building has a big clock. Two figures, named Rachel and Sir Wayne, stand next to the clock.
