Conway is a special kind of community in Orange County, Florida, in the United States. It's called a "census-designated place," which means it's a recognized area for counting people. But it's not officially a city or town with its own local government.

In 2020, about 13,596 people lived in Conway. It's part of the larger Orlando area, which includes nearby cities like Kissimmee and Sanford.

Conway was first settled in the 1850s. It became an important place in the early 1900s. One of the very first paved roads in Orange County was the brick Conway Road. This road connected Orlando to Conway.
