Coram is a small community in Flathead County, Montana, United States. It's a special type of place called a census-designated place (CDP). This means it's a community that the government counts for population, even though it's not officially a city or town. In 2020, about 572 people lived there.
Coram is located about 7 miles (11 km) southwest of the main entrance to the famous Glacier National Park. This community got its name from William Coram, who worked in the lumber industry. It started as a logging town in 1905, right by the South Fork of the Flathead River. Coram grew quite a bit between 1948 and 1953 when the Hungry Horse Dam was being built nearby.
