Cornelius Edward "Neil" Gallagher (March 2, 1921 – October 17, 2018) was an American Democratic Party politician. He represented New Jersey's 13th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from 1959 through 1973.
Gallagher died on October 17, 2018 in Columbia, New Jersey from brain cancer at the age of 97.
