Covedale is a small community in Ohio, United States. It is known as a census-designated place (CDP). This means it's an area that looks like a town but isn't officially a city or village. Covedale is located in Hamilton County, within Green Township.
In 2020, about 6,472 people lived in Covedale. This area is actually part of what used to be a larger village also called Covedale. However, in 1930, the city of Cincinnati took over some of that old village. The Covedale we know today is the part that was not taken over.

Covedale is situated in the state of Ohio. It's about 8 miles (13 kilometers) west of downtown Cincinnati. You can find it near Interstate 74, which is a major highway. It's also inside the I-275 loop, a big highway that goes around Cincinnati.
