Curiapo is a small village located in the Delta Amacuro state of Venezuela. It is the main town, or capital, of the Antonio Díaz Municipality.
Who Lives in Curiapo?
Curiapo is home to many people from the Warao community. The Warao are an indigenous group, meaning they are the original people of this land. In 2001, about 2,880 Warao individuals were counted living in the area around Curiapo.
