Czechoslovak First Ice Hockey League facts for kids
The Czechoslovak First Ice Hockey League was the most important ice hockey league in a country called Czechoslovakia. It was like the top league where the best teams played! This league ran for many years, from 1930 until 1993. That's when Czechoslovakia split into two new countries: Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Because of this, the old league was replaced by two new ones: the Slovak Extraliga in Slovakia and the Czech Extraliga in the Czech Republic. So, this league has a big place in ice hockey history!
