Daisuke Nasu (那須 大亮, born on October 10, 1981) is a Japanese football player. He is known for playing as a defender. He currently plays for Iwate Grulla Morioka.

Daisuke Nasu's Football Journey
Daisuke Nasu was born in Minamisatsuma, Japan. He started his professional football career in 2002. He joined the J1 League club Yokohama F. Marinos while still a student.
Early Career and Success
Nasu began as a center back. In 2003, he became a regular player. He played as a defensive midfielder. He was even named Rookie of the Year in 2003. His team, Yokohama F. Marinos, won the J1 League championship two years in a row, in 2003 and 2004.
Moving to New Teams
After 2006, Nasu played less often for Marinos. In 2008, he moved to Tokyo Verdy. He played as a center back there. However, Tokyo Verdy finished 17th and moved down to the J2 League.
In 2009, Nasu joined Júbilo Iwata. He played as a center back and later as a defensive midfielder. Júbilo Iwata won the 2010 J.League Cup with him. He also played as a left side back in 2011.
More Club Achievements
Nasu moved to Kashiwa Reysol in 2012. He played in many matches as a side back and center back. Kashiwa Reysol won the 2012 Emperor's Cup that year.
In 2013, he joined Urawa Reds. He became a regular center back for them. He scored 9 goals in the 2013 season. He was also chosen for the Best Eleven team in 2013. From 2016, he played less as new players joined.
His last club before retiring was Vissel Kobe, which he joined in 2018.
Retirement and Return
Daisuke Nasu retired from professional football at the end of the 2019 season. After retiring, he became a popular YouTuber.
However, in August 2023, he made a surprising return to football. He signed with J3 League team, Iwate Grulla Morioka.
Playing for Japan
Daisuke Nasu also played for Japan's national youth teams.
Youth National Teams
In June 2001, Nasu was part of the Japan U-20 national team. They played in the 2001 World Youth Championship. He was selected but did not play in any matches.
In August 2004, he was chosen for the Japan U-23 national team. He was even named captain for the 2004 Summer Olympics. He played in 2 matches during the tournament.
