Dallas Woods is an amazing Indigenous Australian rapper and singer. He is well-known for his role on ABC Kids' show Move It Mob Style. In 2018, he toured Australia as the opening act for the famous rapper Baker Boy. Dallas Woods became even more famous when he won the New Talent Song of the Year Award. This was for the song "Mr La Di Da Di," which he helped write with Baker Boy, Jerome Farah, and Dion Brownfield.

Dallas Woods was born in a place called Wyndham, in the East Kimberley region of Australia. When he was 15, he decided to leave school. He then started a career as a dancer with a group called Indigenous Hip Hop Projects. This was an important step in his journey into music.

Starting Out in 2018
In 2018, Dallas Woods released his very first song, "9 Times Out of 10." That same year, he was also featured on a song called "Black Magic" by Baker Boy. He even got to perform at a big music festival called Splendour in the Grass in 2018.
New Songs and Collaborations
In July 2019, Dallas Woods was nominated for the New Talent of the Year award at the 16th Annual National Indigenous Music Awards. On May 22, 2020, he released another single called "If It Glitters It's Gold." Later that year, on September 23, 2020, he released the song "Better Days." He worked on this song with Baker Boy and Sampa the Great.
Forming the Group 3%
In October 2023, Dallas Woods joined forces with two other artists, Nooky and Angus Field, to create a new supergroup called 3%. The group's name is very meaningful. It represents the small percentage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders people in Australia's population. Their first song, "Our People," featured the Presets and used a sample from their song "My People." The group's first album, Kill the Dead, was released on August 9, 2024. The very next day, "Our People" won the Song of the Year award at the National Indigenous Music Awards 2024.
