What is Dani's Castle About?
Series 1: Dani's New Home
After her TV show was cancelled, Dani's life changed. But then, her Great-Aunt Marjorie passed away. She left Dani her very own castle! Dani was super excited to be the lady of the manor. She arrived at Bogmoor Castle with lots of big plans.
However, the castle was not what she expected. It had been voted the "No.1 Worst Tourist Attraction" for ten years! It had crumbling towers and overgrown gardens. Plus, it came with two young ghosts, Gabe and Esme, who were 250 years old. Dani also found out she had a cousin she didn't know about. He seemed to break everything! On top of all this, Great-Aunt Marjorie left Dani a lot of unpaid bills.
Series 2: Hollywood Star and Castle Life
In the second series, Dani became a Hollywood star. But Bogmoor Castle was still her home. She cared a lot about the people living there. Even though she was far away, she stayed in touch through webcam. She still gave advice to Kait, Jimmy, Rich, Dylan, Esme, and Gabe.
Dani left the castle in the care of her cousins Rich and Jimmy. The ghosts, Gabe and Esme, were still there. Her best friend Kait and Rich's little brother Dylan also lived in the castle. Rich kept coming up with new ideas to make money for the castle. He even started a radio station called Bogmoor FM! Kait and Rich also started to develop a special relationship.
Series 3: New Adventures and New Faces
The show got a new series, and its name changed to Rich, Jimmy & Kait's Castle. This was because Dani Harmer, who played Dani, left the show. In this series, Kait started her own business. Rich and Jimmy worked on adding a recording studio to Bogmoor FM. Gabe decided to open a "Ghostel" for other ghosts.
Lots of exciting things happened! Leonie invited a band called The Dead Headz to play on Bogmoor FM. Dylan met a ghost from the famous Titanic ship. Rich and Kait broke up for a bit, and a big prank war started. Gabe and Rich helped a nervous ghost. Later, Gabe and Leonie even swapped places with Rich and Kait! Gabe also had a visit from a Ghostel inspector. Kait won an award for her pet snack business. It was also Dylan's birthday!
Rich and Kait felt awkward when they had to act like they were in love for a play. Jimmy came back from his Street Dance Academy tour. Jimmy and Clare started dating and became a couple. Rich and Kait also got back together. Gabe decided he wanted to write a gossip novel. This series introduced two new characters: Clare (played by Jessica Forrest) and Leonie (played by Lucy Hutchinson). This was the final series of the show.
