Daniella Taylor's Early Life
Daniella Taylor was born in Anaheim, California. She grew up in Orange County, California with her younger sister, Devenity. When they were kids, Daniella and Devenity loved to put on plays just for fun. Daniella was homeschooled, which means she learned at home, so she could have more time for her acting career.
Daniella Taylor's Career Journey
Daniella and her sister tried to start a YouTube channel when Daniella was 11. In 2008, they created a website called WzTheBuzz. It shared reviews about fashion, places, and restaurants. They officially launched it as a business in 2011.
Around 2015, Daniella started using Musical.ly, which is now TikTok. She has gained over 1.8 million followers there! Her YouTube channel is also very popular, with over 800 thousand subscribers.
Acting Career Beginnings
Daniella decided to become a professional actress when she was a teenager. Her first acting job was with her sister Devenity in a short film called Senior Slasher in 2014. She first appeared on TV in 2016 with a guest role on the show Girl Meets World.
Working with Nickelodeon
In 2016, Daniella started working with Nickelodeon. She played Sophie in the show Legendary Dudas. From 2018 to 2019, she starred as Ciara in the Nickelodeon series Knight Squad. She even played Ciara again in a special episode of Henry Danger.
Daniella also lent her voice to the character Winnie in Middle School Moguls. She appeared as a guest on other Nickelodeon shows and was in the 2016 TV movie Blurt.
Other Acting Roles
In 2019, Daniella Taylor starred as the main character in the web series Red Ruby for Brat. More recently, she has had a recurring role in the TV series Grown-ish from 2021 to 2024. She also appeared in the 2024 film Suncoast.
