She went to Southern Methodist University. There, she earned a degree in journalism. Danielle is also a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority.

Her Acting Journey

When Danielle was 10 years old, she appeared on the children's TV show Barney & Friends. In 2009, she tried out for the ninth season of American Idol. She made it to Hollywood Week but was later cut from the competition.
