Dariusz Dudka (born on December 9, 1983) is a Polish former professional footballer. He was a versatile player who could play as a defensive midfielder, a full-back, or even a centre-back. After he stopped playing, he became an assistant coach for the Ekstraklasa club Lech Poznań.

Playing Career Highlights
Dariusz Dudka started his football journey in his hometown of Kostrzyn nad Odrą, playing for a local club called Celuloza Kostrzyn. He then moved to Amica Wronki, where he made his first professional appearance in Poland's top league, the Ekstraklasa, in April 2000.
Top Polish Clubs
In 2005, Dudka joined Wisła Kraków, another big club in Poland. He played in 77 league games for them, showing his skills as a strong defender and midfielder. After three successful seasons with Wisła Kraków, he decided to try playing in another country.
Playing in France and Spain
In June 2008, Dudka moved to France to play for Auxerre in Ligue 1, which is France's top football league. He spent four seasons there, playing in 110 matches and scoring 6 goals. After his time in France, he moved to Spain in 2012 to play for Levante.

Coaching Career
After he stopped playing football in 2019, Dariusz Dudka started a new chapter in his career: coaching. He joined the academy staff at Lech Poznań, helping to train young players. In 2020, he became an assistant coach for Lech Poznań's main team. He worked with several different managers, focusing on things like set-pieces (free kicks and corners). He left the club when his contract ended at the close of the 2024–25 season.
