Darryl Bullock is an American college football coach. He is currently the Assistant Head Coach for the Norfolk State Spartans. He started this role in 2025.
Before joining Norfolk State, he was the offensive line coach for Hampton University from 2023 to 2024. He has a lot of experience coaching different teams.

Playing Career
Darryl Bullock played college football at Penn State. He was a defensive tackle, which is a player who tries to stop the other team's offense. He played for the Nittany Lions from 1986 to 1988.
One of his biggest achievements as a player was being part of the 1986 Penn State team. This team won the national championship, which is a huge honor in college football!
Coaching Journey
After his playing days, Darryl Bullock began his coaching career. He has coached for many different college teams and even interned with professional NFL teams.
Early Coaching Roles
He started as a graduate assistant at Michigan in 1990. This role helps coaches learn the ropes. He also interned at his old school, Penn State, in 1992.
His first full coaching job was at Morehead State in 1994, where he coached the defensive line. He also coached high school football for a year at Immokalee High School in Florida.
