David Vaughn III (born March 23, 1973) is an American retired professional basketball player. He was known for playing as a Power forward.

Early Life and College Career

David Vaughn was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He went to Whites Creek High School in Tennessee. During his high school years, he was recognized as a top player. USA Today even named him to their All-USA First-Team.

After high school, David attended the University of Memphis. He played college basketball for the Memphis Tigers from 1991 to 1995.
