Delfín Quishpe Apugllón (born December 4, 1977) is an Ecuadorian singer, songwriter, and politician. He is also known by his artistic name, Delfin Hasta el Fin, which means "Dolphin until the end."
Delfín Quishpe became famous for his unique music style. He calls his music "Andean techno-folklore." Many people found his songs and music videos very funny and entertaining. One of his most well-known songs is "Torres Gemelas" (Twin Towers).
Besides music, Delfín Quishpe also served as the mayor of his hometown, Guamote. He was the mayor from May 2019 to February 2023.

Delfín Quishpe was born in a small town called San Antonio. This town is located in Guamote, Ecuador. His father, Anselmo Quishpe, was a merchant. His mother's name is Mercedes Apugllón.
Delfín Quishpe comes from the Quechua community. The Quechua are an indigenous group of people from the Andes mountains in South America.

Starting His Music Journey
Delfín Quishpe began his music career by recording albums. In 2003, he released his second album. It was titled "El Gallito." This album included several popular songs. Some of these songs were "El Gallito Bandido," "El Delfincito," "Cuando Me Vaya," and "Cuaya Huay."
A year after his album, he created his first music video. This video was for one of his songs. It was later shared on the internet.

In 2006, Delfín Quishpe released his song "Torres Gemelas" (Twin Towers). The music video for this song became very popular online. People found the video's style and acting quite amusing. Collaborations and New Songs
