Stoff first became known on YouTube. He posted videos of himself singing and playing guitar covers of his favorite songs on his channel, "above92". This led to him forming his first major band, Make Me Famous.
Later, he became the lead singer for the popular English rock band Asking Alexandria for a short time. Currently, Stoff is the lead singer for the band Drag Me Out. He also plays guitar and sings for the band The Serpent's Tears.

Musical Career
2010–2012: Make Me Famous
Stoff's first big project was the metalcore band Make Me Famous. He helped start the band in 2010. The other members were Serj Kravchenko, Sergei Hohlov, Dusty Boles, and Igor Yestrebov.
The band became popular on YouTube, where Stoff had already gained many followers. They released their first album, It's Now or Never, in March 2012. The album was a success and even appeared on the US top 200 music charts.
Near the end of 2012, Stoff announced he was leaving the band. The band decided to break up after their last tour in early 2013.
2012–2015: Down & Dirty
Soon after Make Me Famous ended, Stoff started a new band called Down & Dirty. The band signed with the same record label, Sumerian Records.
They released their first single and music video, "Move It," in December 2013. A year later, they released another song called "I Will Never Lose My Way." After these releases, Stoff announced he was joining a different band. Down & Dirty confirmed he was no longer with them and continued with a new singer.
2015–2016: Asking Alexandria

On January 22, 2015, the lead singer of Asking Alexandria, Danny Worsnop, left the band. The band quickly announced they had found a replacement.
On May 26, 2015, Stoff was officially named the new lead singer. The next day, they released their first single together, "I Won't Give In". Fans had already guessed Stoff might join. This was because his old band, Make Me Famous, had a similar sound to Asking Alexandria.
The band's guitarist, Ben Bruce, said that "it has to be Denis" and praised his singing skills. When asked how he would be different from the old singer, Stoff said he was a completely different person and wouldn't try to compare himself.
In October 2016, Ben Bruce announced that Stoff had left the band. Later, Stoff explained that there were problems in his home country of Ukraine. He said it was a stressful time for him and his family, so he needed to stop touring to be with them.
2017–present: Drag Me Out
In 2017, Stoff announced on social media that he was working on a new album with a new band.
His new band, Drag Me Out, released its first single, "I'm Sorry," in January 2019. The band then released their first album, Pressure, on February 1, 2019. After the album came out, some listeners noticed that one song sounded very similar to a song by Asking Alexandria. The record label later removed the song from their official YouTube channel.
In October 2020, Drag Me Out released a new single. However, there was a problem with the artwork for the single. An artist said the band used his art without asking. Stoff said the artwork was sold to them by someone else and that they would solve the issue with the original artist. The song was later re-uploaded without the artwork.
Drag Me Out released their next album, Demons Away, on August 26, 2022. The album features vocals from both Stoff and the band's bassist, Kir Medvedev.
2020–present: Solo Music
In 2018, Stoff announced he would release music by himself under the name "STOFF". His first single came out in December 2020. The song was in the hip hop style, which was a new sound for him. Stoff has also worked with other artists on their songs.
