From Camp to Lodge
After the war ended, the military camp was no longer needed. In the 1960s, the camp buildings were changed into a place for visitors. It became a lodge called Dezadeash Lodge. This lodge offered a place to stay for travelers exploring the Yukon. Over the years, the lodge had different owners, continuing its story as a part of the lake's history.
