This is a list of episodes for the third part of the Digimon Fusion TV series. In Japan, it's called Digimon Xros Wars: The Boy Hunters Who Leapt Through Time (デジモンクロスウォーズ 〜時を駆ける少年ハンターたち〜, Dejimon Kurosu Wōzu: Toki o Kakeru Shōnen Hantā-tachi). The story follows Taiki Kudō and his friends as they work together to protect both the real world and the Digital World from a powerful Digimon named Quartzmon.

The show's opening song is "Stand Up" by Twill. It also features music by Kousuke Yamashita and songs by Kōji Wada and Psychic Lover. This season was not released with an English voice-over.

One year after his adventures, Taiki Kudō forms a basketball team with Yū Amano and Tagiru Akashi. Tagiru is pulled into a Digital World called DigiQuartz, where he meets Gumdramon. After getting a special X Loader from the Old Clock Store Owner, Tagiru teams up with Gumdramon to become a Digimon Hunter. Taiki and Yū follow him, and they all face a MetalTyranomon.

The Old Clock Store Owner explains that a powerful item, the Brave Snatcher, is needed to defeat Quartzmon. Many Hunters, including Tagiru and Ryōma, compete to get it. Legendary Digimon heroes from other worlds arrive to help fight Quartzmon's army. Ryōma wins the Brave Snatcher but then reveals he is allied with Quartzmon.

Astamon reveals he was Quartzmon's puppet, manipulating Ryōma. Quartzmon plans to digitize Earth. The Old Clock Store Owner freezes time, allowing Tagiru to get the Brave Snatcher. Tagiru and Arresterdramon, with the help of all the heroes, defeat Quartzmon. Everything returns to normal, and Gumdramon reunites with Tagiru. The Clock Owner reveals himself as a reformed Bagramon.
