Dino Sani was a famous Brazilian football player and coach. He was born on May 23, 1932, in São Paulo, Brazil. Dino Sani was known for being a very smart and skilled midfielder. He was great at controlling the ball, passing accurately, and creating chances for his team. Even though he wasn't the fastest player, his excellent positioning and vision helped him set up many goals.

Dino Sani's Football Journey
Dino Sani's parents were Italian immigrants. He started his football career at local clubs in Brazil. Some of these clubs included Palmeiras, XV de Jaú, and São Paulo FC.
Playing in Argentina and Italy
In 1961, Dino Sani moved to Argentina to play for Boca Juniors. He played 13 games there and scored 4 goals. After that, he moved to Italy to join the famous club A.C. Milan. With Milan, he won the Italian league title, called the Serie A, in the 1961–62 season. The next year, he helped Milan win the European Cup, which is a very important competition for European clubs.
Playing for Brazil
Dino Sani was also a key player for the Brazilian national team. He played in the South American Championship in 1957 and 1959, where Brazil reached the final both times. Most famously, he was part of the amazing Brazilian squad that won the 1958 FIFA World Cup in Sweden. He played 15 games for Brazil between 1957 and 1966, scoring 1 goal.
Becoming a Coach
After leaving Milan in 1964, Dino Sani returned to South America. He played for Corinthians before he started his career as a coach. He managed many different football clubs and even a national team. Some of the teams he coached include Internacional, Goiás, Palmeiras, Coritiba, Peñarol, Flamengo, Fluminense, Boca Juniors, Qatar, and Grêmio.
