Micaiah Diondae "Dion" Glover (born October 22, 1978) is an American former professional basketball player. He played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for several years. Today, he is an assistant coach for the Grand Rapids Drive team in the NBA G League. Dion Glover was also part of the first-ever championship team, "Trilogy," in the BIG3 basketball league.

Dion Glover's Basketball Journey
Dion Glover was a talented basketball player from a young age. He was even named a McDonald's All-American, which means he was one of the best high school players in the country. Standing 6 feet 5 inches tall, he played as a shooting guard.
Playing in the NBA
In 1999, Dion Glover was chosen by the Atlanta Hawks in the 1999 NBA draft. He was the 20th player picked overall. Before joining the NBA, he played college basketball at Georgia Tech.
Glover played for the Atlanta Hawks until February 2004. During the 2003–04 season, he had his best year with the team. He averaged about 10 points, four rebounds, and two assists per game. Even with his strong play, the Hawks did not make it to the playoffs that year.
After leaving the Hawks, Glover played for the Toronto Raptors for a short time. He then joined the San Antonio Spurs and played in seven games during the 2004–05 season.
Playing Around the World
Dion Glover also played basketball in other countries. He played professionally in Turkey, Lebanon, Israel, and the Dominican Republic. After his time playing overseas, he retired from playing basketball.
Dion Glover's Work Off the Court
In 2000, Dion Glover started his own organization called the Dion Glover Foundation. This foundation is a non-profit group. It helps young people by supporting educational, medical, and scientific projects. The foundation relies on donations and contributions to do its important work for youth development.
