Diona Reasonover, born on January 6, 1992, is an American actress. She is known for her roles as Charmaine Eskowitz in the TV show Clipped. Since 2018, she has also played Kasie Hines in the popular crime series NCIS.

Early Life and Education
Diona Reasonover grew up in Detroit, Michigan. She went to Renaissance High School. During her high school years, she was part of the Mosaic Youth Theatre. This group had over 100 teenagers who performed in Detroit and other countries.
Reasonover later attended Oberlin College. She earned a bachelor's degree in theater and dance there. She also got a Master of Fine Arts degree in acting from the California Institute of the Arts. While she was studying, she worked as a barista.
Acting Career Highlights
In 2010, Reasonover performed in a play called HYPERBOLE: origins. This play was part of an art group in Los Angeles.
Early Stage Roles
In 2011, Reasonover acted in the play Stick Fly. She played a character named Cheryl. Cheryl was the daughter of a family's maid. Her life changed a lot after she got to go to a special prep school for free. Critics praised her performance. One reviewer called her "superb" and said she was "brainy, proud, and easily wounded." Another reviewer said she was "a formidable force." Reasonover even won an award for her acting at the Tenth Annual Craig Noel Awards.
Improv Comedy
Reasonover is also skilled in improvisation, which is acting without a script. She is a member of an improv group called Ham Radio. They perform in Los Angeles. She is also part of another long-form improv group called Essence. Both groups perform at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
Television Roles
Reasonover starred as Charmaine Eskowitz in the TV series Clipped. She based this character on her own sister, Elisa. She also lent her voice to the character Mary-Anne in Doris & Mary-Anne Are Breaking Out of Prison.
She first appeared as Kasie Hines in three episodes of the CBS crime drama NCIS. This was during Season 15. She became a regular cast member for Season 16. This happened after another actress, Pauley Perrette, left the show.
In September 2023, Reasonover was a special guest at a fundraising event. It was the Run, Walk & Roll 5K for Inclusion Matters by Shane’s Inspiration. The event took place in Griffith Park.
