Dixi Seasons and Their Mysteries
The show returned for a second season, called Dixi 2: Dixi Unchained. It launched on Safer Internet Day, February 10, 2015. New videos and episodes were added to the CBBC website every weekday.
Dixi:3 - Game of Dixi also launched on Safer Internet Day in 2016. This season brought more new videos and interactive content daily.
Prequels and New Formats
Before the fourth season, a special mini-series called Dixi 4 Extra was released in late 2016. It gave fans a sneak peek into what was coming next.
In July 2017, another prequel, "Dixi 4 Escape," came out. This one was different! The characters were stuck in an Escape Room. Viewers had to help them get out by making choices.
The main fourth season, Dixi: Friends 4 Ever, began in October 2017. This season introduced new characters and brought back some old favorites. It was promoted with TV adverts and clips on the CBBC website.
Later, Dixi: Dracula was released in 2018. It was a fun version of the famous "Dracula" story by Bram Stoker.

Understanding the Dixi Mysteries
Each season of Dixi has a central mystery that the characters try to solve.
Season 1: The Hacking Mystery
Season 1 is all about Shari and her friends dealing with a hacker. They try to figure out who is behind the online attacks. It turns out the culprit is Mimi's mom, who was upset by comments about Mimi.
Season 2: The Cyber Ghost
In Season 2, Mimi and others start getting strange messages from someone called "Alice," who seems like a cyber ghost. The mystery is to find out who Alice really is. The person behind it is Connie, who wanted to reconnect with her sister, Kat.
Season 3: Online Bullying and Gaming
Season 3 focuses on online bullying by "The Nameless One." There's also a character called the "Grim Griefer" who bothers Chloe and Syd in their online game. The person causing trouble is Perry, who was embarrassed by a viral video.
Season 4: The Framing and Elections
Season 4 involves Billie and Selene being falsely accused of damaging an office. There are also student president elections happening. Amani's online boyfriend, Alessandro, is also hacked. Billie is forced to leave the election. It's revealed that Blake is Alessandro, and Billie's friend Abi is the one causing trouble. In the end, Echo, also known as Emma, wins the election.
