Douglas "Doug" Rimorin Kramer (born July 10, 1983) is a Filipino former professional basketball player. He was known for playing as a power forward and center. Doug played for many teams in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) during his career.

Early Life and High School
Doug Kramer grew up in Baguio, Philippines. His father was an oil engineer, and his mother stayed at home. He went to a Christian school for his high school education.
College Basketball Career
Doug Kramer played college basketball for the Ateneo Blue Eagles.
Winning a UAAP Championship
In his first year, the Ateneo Eagles won the Season 65 championship. This was a great start to his college career.
Key Games and Achievements
In UAAP Season 68, Doug scored 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in a game against the NU Bulldogs. His team reached the semifinals that season.
In his final year, Season 69, Doug had an amazing game with 19 rebounds and 16 points. He also made a famous game-winning shot in Game 1 of the championship series against UST. Even though his team lost the championship, Doug showed his skills.
Professional Basketball Career
Doug Kramer played for eight different teams in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).
Starting in the PBA
Doug was chosen as the fifth overall pick in the 2007 PBA draft by the Air21 Express. He signed a three-year contract with them.
Later, in 2009, he moved to the Barangay Ginebra Kings. He returned to Air21 in 2010. During this time, he had some of his best rebounding games, getting 17 rebounds twice.
Moving to New Teams
Doug then played for the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters. He scored a career-high 19 points in his first game with them. He continued to play well, leading his team in scoring and rebounding among local players in one conference.
After Rain or Shine, he joined the Powerade Tigers. With Powerade, he set a new personal best by grabbing 20 rebounds in a game. He had many "double-doubles" (scoring double digits in both points and rebounds) and was one of the best rebounders in the league. He helped Powerade reach the finals in the 2011–12 Philippine Cup.
He was then traded to the Barako Bull Energy Cola. He continued to be a top rebounder in the league and was even named to the PBA All-Defensive Team for the first time.
Doug also played for the Petron Blaze Boosters / San Miguel Beermen and the GlobalPort Batang Pier.
Overcoming Challenges with Phoenix
In 2016, while playing for the Phoenix Pulse Fuel Masters, Doug faced a big challenge. He had a mild stroke and found out he had a small hole in his heart from birth. He had surgery to fix it and took four months to recover.
On February 4, 2017, Doug made a strong comeback to the court. He scored nine points and grabbed 12 rebounds in his return game. He continued to play for Phoenix until his retirement.
Retiring from Basketball
Doug Kramer played his last PBA game with Phoenix, where his team won against the Blackwater Elite. He retired from professional basketball after the 2019 season.
Personal Life
On October 9, 2008, Doug Kramer married Filipina actress Cheska Garcia. They have three children named Clair Kendra, Scarlett Louvelle, and Gavin Phoenix.
The Kramer family is very popular on social media. They share their family life on their Facebook page, "Team Kramer." They were even featured on the cover of Esquire Philippines magazine.
Doug has six siblings. His older brothers, Lincoln and Mark, live in California. His younger sister, Stacey, lives in London. His other siblings, Lauren, Karl Lewis, and Brandy, live in the Philippines. Doug's sister Brandy is married to fellow basketball player Arvin Tolentino.
Doug and his family are Christians and attend Christ's Commission Fellowship.
